First visit, can't wait to return, forget 'showcase ' from now on!
Don't park in car park by cinema go Over road to Warf free to park after 6pm
Collected tickets booked on line, got 'pick& mix' then up escolar to film room, you choose your seats (better to pick a bit further back i.e. Rows F to k & seats 9-14.
Comfy seats with drink holders.
Film started and was large and clear with sound system very good.
It was packed with nearly everyone eating big bags of refillable popcorn.
Can't wait to go again, cinema as it should be.

My wife took the children for seen Santa during Christmas,they really enjoyed that,and were very happy that day.
Yesterday,my wife and I watched the Bollywood movie,comfortable seats and a bar to purchase a drink for the film,was really nice experience.definitely we will come back.

With the bar inside and easily accessed,stairs or escalators to the screens above,this was a very nicely thought out welcoming area.The cinema was large but not overly and the seating was comfortable with a small table in between the seats.While we were there we arranged to seat on specific seats before we went into the cinema itself but as we sat down realised we were too close,i went back to the desk and relocated the seats to the middle,which was much better for viewing.Please keep this in mind when visiting.

Excellent theatre itself but foyer lacks Atmosphere and Character.
There is a Green room bar where you can go for a drink before a film or just generally sit and chat with friends but again it lacks something & hardly anyone uses it.
Overall it's a 4🌟 from me but needs That Sparkle.......🎬

I visited here with my two young children of 8 and 4, we got to choose our seats when we got there, but you can book online if you choose to do so. Luckily we got three seats at the back, and it was fab, really comfortable and a great view, we went before 10am which they were offering £5 a person which was a good idea, so the three of us entrance and popcorn, I spent about £22 so not too bad, you can also get nachos with a dip, so there is quite a good choice snack wise but not cheap if you have a large family. It wasn't our problem but I did see another family having a problem with the fact that someone else has taken their seats and she was refusing to move up again, which resulted in two of her children sitting on the same seat, so there was no staff monitoring this so I can imagine this would cause a problem at some point. I'd of got her moved but that's me! Lol but overall very nice and we'll worth a visit

This cinema is one of the best things to happen to Walsall, along with the new restaurants. Lovely place that is always clean, the seats are very spacious and comfortable and there's plenty of leg room. The way the seats are arranged make it easier to access them and to see the screen without blocking anyone's view behind. Staff have always been really nice. The only fault I find is that sometimes there aren't many films on there and of a Saturday and Sunday the films are limited but maybe this is the same with all cinemas? I've never really looked into it to know. Overall a great place
