I visited this cinema as part of my birthday present from my daughter. It's a long time since I have attended a cinema and was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was. There are lots of screens at this cinema so a large choice of films to watch.

Brilliant place! Everything is so comfortable and lovely, it's also very easy for me to get to, cheap and I have only ever had one problem but they were understaffed and overwhelmed so I do not blame them for having a slip up, can't avoid every problem after all, they did their best and handled it all excellently.

During low occupancy the experience is great and the process is very fluid, however if there is a popular movie on screen and there are a large number of people present, the staff are unable to manage the demand and the queue is exceptionally long to get through. Usually there are two or three less experienced staff running around like headless chickens in the background. The seating is very nice and exceptionally comfortable. In most instances there are no disturbances with the exception of some people being able to circumvent the ticket purchasing process by scurrying from an ending show to a newly starting one. I don't think people respect this gem as much as they could. Many people leave their trash and used containers for staff to pick up. On occasion the bins are too full to accept the large amount of refuse. It's still my first choice and exceed expectations in comparison to the outdated movie houses.

Venue is new, clean and very comfy. Ticket prices are not too expensive. All screens are licensed so you can enjoy a drink while watching your film.

Just before the movie a steward comes out and asks everybody to enjoy the film and if there's anything wrong to come and see him.

Having been to the light cinema on a few occasion, service has always been great and staff are pleasant going in the day time is quieter an as such there is less staff and no ushers but we have never had a bad experience, allocated seating is great you can choose your seats when buying tickets much better than the showcase cinema.

Great little cinema the green room is a l9vely bar serving ocktails and cocktails at great peicws. Staff great especially the young lady with the red hair very chatty and bubbly.
I regularly visit this cinema being a infinity member and never had a bad thing to say about the place always clean and friendly people keep up the good work
