Great customer service, nice comfy seats, niceamd clean and I must mention the member of staff who does a little speech before the film starts, hes a funny guy he made my night just before a horror film started he began his speech about mobile phones etc the saud enjoy you movie then started laughing in an evil way all the way out of the room even when he went out the doors you could still hear him laughing right before our horror movie started lmao

Nice cinema although there was a problem with ID. I would prefer odeon luxe or cineworld but this cinema is definitely more value for money. The screen was a bit dirty as there was popcorn spilled on the floor but otherwise fine. Easily accesible to restaurants aswell.

Its a real treat to have The Light in our town. This is a really comfy cinema. The staff are always very nice.From my house, its a walkable distance, unlike the Showcase, which always meant getting there and back by transport.The Infinity card is a good idea, and great value for film fans.The bar is a nice place to sit, before or after a film .They show blockbuster films and also some unusual films too.l cant say what the snacks are like, as l dont eat in the cinema, and dont understand why adults cant seem to spend a couple of hours in the cinema without having to keep eating. Kids are different, films and sweet treats go together. All in all, its a great place to go, and l really love watching my favourite films there.

This cinema is so lovely to go too. As a family, we can choose our seats online, know that there are booster seats to use for the kids if they want them and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The only cinema we go to now!

Brilliant well worth a visit! Staff friendly & polite always happy to help, Comfy seats plenty food and drink, even had a discount voucher which made it more of a bargain kids really enjoyed themselves would definitely recommend

Easy to book online, even with a CEA card. Easy to print tickets at home, easy all round and very comfortable seats. The man introducing the film and safety etc is also very polite and a nice touch.
