Quite simply the best garage I’ve used in 55 years of motoring. There appears to be nothing they can’t fix, even when main dealers have given up. I and my family have used them for everything, including binding brakes, failed turbo, timing belt and water pump replacement, immobiliser fault, complete loss of engine oil (a real Sherlock Holmes job), in fact more repairs than I can remember … oh, and routine servicing, which I suspect is more thorough than main dealers. Prices are fair, and customer service is excellent. What’s not to like?

This is the first time that I have used Fitch Autos. I have to say that from initial contact to completion of the work the service was 5 star. I needed my car sorting quickly as I am a nurse and need my car for my job. The receptionist was so helpful got me in the following morning with a courtesy car at no extra charge. The communication whilst the work was being done was second to non. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone. Faultless.

what a great garage excellent communication from the first time I contacted them and replied out of there business hours. they fixed my dpf fault which no other garage would touch also provided a courtesy car. wish I had found fitch autos sooner will be using them for all my cars needs In the future. if your after a reputable garage that won't rip you off fitch autos is your place. Will recommend to all friends and family.

Me and the wife have been using Fitch autos for almost 20 years, even after moving out of the area. Neil and the team are superb, and Neil goes out of his way to either give advice or get things sorted.
I did try another garage local to where I live because of price being slightly lower, bottom line is I wasn’t happy so returned to the original team. Keep up the good work. Cheers

Amazing professional staff, health check completed on my car before any work was carried out, this saved me money as I had booked for a major service as well has replacing my discs and brakes.

Fitch auto's completed a service and mot on my work vehicle, which was carried out promptly and effectively. They also gave the van a wash. I would definitely take my car there.

I work shifts and they always try to get me in and out as quickly as possible and also have a courtesy car. Once you find a trust worthy friendly reliable garage you stick with them and that's what I've done. Been using them for a few years now. Can not fault them 👍🚘

My husband and I will only use Fitch Auto’s. I’ve had Mot’s, Diagnostics, repairs and services. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Trust is a big thing for me and I know I can trust them. They are always super helpful, have gotten me out of a mess a few times now. They are fair in their pricing and honest in their dealings with you. Can not recommend them enough!
