Took my car to Fitch for MOT yesterday, it was my first time using them and I will definitely be using them again! The MOT was completed quickly and the whole process was easy and stress free, MOT passed with a few advisories and great value too! Hollie was very helpful, thank you Fitch Autos!!

Reception desk could not have been more helpful keeping me informed with progress of work to my car and general communication. The work went well and collection of my car was generally as planned. Overall first class and I would use Fitch Autos again.

Thanks to Fitch Autos, my car was diagnosed with a worn clutch and it was a horrible shock as the car is only 6 years old.. convinced I bought the dud car from new 🤣. The team got me in quick when an engine management light came on “drive train” issues, which was a worry as you just don’t know that could be! Don’t ignore lights! Yes it’s an expensive repair, but it was done really quickly and the car drives much better than before (so it was probably failing for a while and I thought it was my driving…stop.starting traffic doesn’t help either!) All sorted in a few days, really convenient to leave my car there over the weekend also. Reception team are fantastic too, Eleanor is so lovely and everyone was empathetic to the situation. No-one likes expensive garage repairs but I have peace of mind that it’s all sorted and I was looked after well. Thanks again team. Keep up the good work!

This is the 2nd visit to this garage, Very good service and quality of work, the Receptionist Ellie was very polite and helpful, any work carried out they asked first and prices were cheaper than other quotes I had been given, I will be using them in the future also I used a courtesy car on both visits.

2 years in a row I've used Fitch autos for my Jag service and again couldn't fault the service from start to finish. Also had my MOT done at the same time. Excellent communication throughout and wouldn't turn to another garage going forward.
Also special mention to Eleanor who was my advisor from start to finish. Made the experience even better. Although all the girls in the office were so friendly.

Neil, Hollie and the rest of the team was absolutely fantastic, I had my car recovered to them and the communication was excellent, the team are really friendly and they make you feel like one of the family. Amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really let down by an established nationwide company so came to Fitch as a first time customer having read so many excellent reviews. I wasnt disappointed, great customer service and genuine, honest people. Unexpectedly provided with a free courtesy car and my Evoque had been cleaned inside and out when I collected. Special mention to Eleanor who was a diamond. Will be using you again for all future work.

I followed a series of Google Reviews to locate Fitch Autos as a suitable service centre for my Mercedes 220d. I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism throughout my experience of booking, receipt of vehicle and progress reporting. I am pleased that they have offered me comparable service to that of a main dealer including updating digital service record at a competitive rate.

Had my Range Rover Evoque serviced by Fitch at Brownhills this week. I was very impressed with the customer service and attention by the young ladies at reception who greeted you with a smile.
The service itself was 50% of that offered by the dealership so is great value for money and they also updated the Land Rover online service record and printed it out for me to file away for my records.
I was also provided with a courtesy car. I would whole heartedly recommend Fitch Autos
