Another great experience dealing with fitch today, they squeezed me in on short notice to fix a wheel bearing issue that was on a timeframe with my warranty, josh and Claire smashed it out the park and did everything for my warranty paperwork, I had to do nothing thank you guys, oh and they found me a loan car even when they were all booked out, fast turnaround as usual, I’m glad my Mercedes cla 45 AMG is in safe hands when work is needed as much as I like this garage hope not to see you until my next service and MOT, thank you again fitch 🙌

Having used a local service company for years I was shocked with the report I received from Fitch Autos! Apart from the sensor issues identified there was a whole list of further issues which had not been picked up or adhered to in line with Mercedes recommendations!
Due to this the final bill was a little more than what I expected!
However, the ladies on reception made up for it with their very positive approach and customer service. Interest free options to pay the balance, courtesy car and loyalty points all helped ease the pain! I will be back but hopefully not too soon. Signed Arron 😀

Garage picked up car for MOT & service as arranged & delivered back when passed, without drama. Have had servicing & repairs over many years on company cars & am pleased to say just as good with my own car.

After more of a tough life and lots of miles, my van went to Fitch for further necessary attention. The care taken by the team to look at the issues, test and diagnose the problems, and give advice on what to do was first class as usual. Whilst this was being done, the use of a courtesy vehicle was again a very massive help. There are some damming posts on other platforms about being ripped off by Fitch. When you get to understand how a garage operates, and that it will not fit cheap alternative parts because they give problems in the end, everything becomes very clearly understandable.

I'll be back for more vehicle service and maintenance before too long.

I first came across Fitch Autos a couple of years ago after searching for a garage that could sort out DPF, EGR and other problems that caused my dashboard to be lit up like a Christmas Tree with fault lights! (My usual garage couldn't or didn't want to really fix the issues, having replaced the headgasket, which made no difference at all). At times my VW van (with over 330,000 miles) has had to limp its way to Fitch, but they have always managed to sort it out. As the works needed for a good going over usually takes a couple of days, the use of a courtesy car is very much appreciated. When servicing and fixing a high mileage vehicle sometimes one repair or replacement shows up other issues needing further attention, and that is not a dissapointment or reflection on ability. On the most recent visit, all of the injectors were replaced and WOW, what a difference! The van can easily do 70mph up hill in 5th gear, full power and good MPG has been restored!. The support given by Fitch Autos during the service and other works has been absolutely brilliant, and Ellie and the reception team are first class at giving good customer service and keeping in touch. Don't waste time and money elsewhere, go to Fitch Autos!

This is the first time I've used Fitch autos and I struggle when I take my Range Rover Sport to a garage I've never been before, but I can honestly say now I've been to Fitch autos I will definitely be a regular customer. The customer service is excellent, Josh and the girls are brilliant and expert work from the garage staff. They had my car done and finished in great time and having a free courtesy car was the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend Fitch autos and I will definitely be using them again. I used Fitch Autos for diagnostics and MOT for my Land Rover Discovery I was very impressed. They set out clearly the work that needed to be done and completed it promptly.

Excellent experience. Carried out a full service and MOT on my V6 F-Type. Needed a few things done which were carried out quickly and at a reasonable price. I spoke to a few people on the phone and each were knowledgeable, there was no "let me check and call back" which was reassuring. They arent really local to me and provided a courtesy car which is a nice touch, saved me a bit on taxis.

Excellent communication from booking until collection. They provided full details and pictures of safety issues and completed the work within required timeframe which was enabled by the provision of a free courtesy car. This was my first experience with Fitch Autos and it won’t be my last .

Great service. These guys did a proper diagnostic of my AdBlue issue on my Land Rover Discovery and kept me updated all the way. They also pointed out other issues that I didn’t ask for but felt they were important to get sorted which I did. Friendly staff and you get the impression you’re in good hands! Definitely will use again 👍🏻

Great service from Fitch, swapped from Skoda main dealer to them for our servicing, saved at least 30%, the staff are very polite and friendly kept us updated on what had been and needed to de done, told us the costs upfront. Would recommend to anyone.

First time l have used Fitch with my Mercedes c220 which is now 8yrs old but very low mileage. First enquiry for a "service" identified the need for both an engine and transmission service for which they gave me what l thought was a reasonable cost. On arrival their reception was very smart with 2 staff members booking vehicles in. I asked them to give the car a look over to check for any other potential issues and was advised that they carry out a full safety check on every vehicle before commencing work. I was contacted by phone and email within a couple of hours identifying items that should receive attention and for which there were no records of the work ever having been done. Each item was individually identified with the relevant cost. As the car has not been mercedes serviced for several years l told them just to do all the work recommended. Whilst cost all in was just over £900 it is considerably less than Mercedes would have charged and l feel confident that it has all been correctly done. On completion l received good documentation setting out all of the works. All together a good experience and l will be returning for any future maintenance needs
