Had a DCT gearbox fault on my M4. To which they recommended me doing a service on it first, before I decide to replace the gearbox itself, as it may fix the issue I was having. Upon doing the gearbox service they noticed my transmission oil cooler was leaking a lot of oil. To which they advise me to replace alongside doing the gearbox service. Car is now driving fantastic with 0 issues with the gearbox. This company saved me thousands on repairs. Great trustworthy company and the office staff are also so friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company for your car needs.

I am so glad I found this garage. I was desperately trying to find a garage that could fit me in asap for a service on my Range Rover Evoque before setting off to the EU. These guys did an amazing job with a fast turn around and I’m so grateful. 🙏🏼 they are also very friendly…highly recommend 💯

I have used this garage a couple of times now and have been really impressed with their service. They first fixed a DPF issue for me, and a few months later carried out an interim service and repaired a faulty injector. On both occasions they provided a courtesy car, which was a huge help.<br><br>They are always clear about costs, seeking approval before carrying out any work, which gives real peace of mind. The reception staff are friendly and professional, and the mechanics clearly know their trade.<br><br>Overall, a reliable and trustworthy garage that I would happily recommend.

Fitch Autos, excellent experience with Jaguar 63K service. Great communication, car collected on time with polite respectful staff, work completed on time and car returned cleaned and valeted. Way better servicing experience and £200 cheaper with Finch Autos than JLR main dealer.

After checking prices and reviews at most local garages I settled with Fitch’s based mainly on Reviews.<br>Personally I rate a garage on the first point of contact or phone call.<br>Ellie, in this case was pleasant, polite and gave me the time<br>I wanted to explain my situation, my needs, budget and concerns. She listened to what I wanted from them and offered answers to all my questions, which was reassuring.<br>The first person customers deal with on the phone, front of house, message or email is a measure of what happens behind the scenes.<br>I also spoke to Josh on reception and another lady, who’s name<br>I forget 😔 but both were also pleasant and friendly and a credit to the company..

Just to say that I took my 2021 Land Rover defender in there yesterday for an erg valve check<br>They offered me a courtesy car tye afternoon which I gladyly accepted as I had a doctors appointment later in the day<br>They emailed ant text me within 2 hours to explain the diognostics they had performed Told me what they recommended which I accepted. Told me that there was a free Land Rover recall to help me with an engine light issue<br>Girls on reception a credit to the company<br>Absolutely fantastic experience matching and in fact exceeding by far the Land Rover dealer experience on information prompt response and general courtesy<br>Will be using them from now on and will recommend to my friends and family<br>Very professional experience all round and a very fair pricing<br>10 out of 10 for me

I recently took my jaguar f type to Fitch Autos at Brownhills staffs for a big service. I found the staff very helpful and friendly and happy to advise me on any issues I may of had I was very happy with the work carried out and the time it was carried out. Also great to have a free courtesy car.

Having used a local service company for years I was shocked with the report I received from Fitch Autos! Apart from the sensor issues identified there was a whole list of further issues which had not been picked up or adhered to in line with Mercedes recommendations!<br>Due to this the final bill was a little more than what I expected!<br>However, the ladies on reception made up for it with their very positive approach and customer service. Interest free options to pay the balance, courtesy car and loyalty points all helped ease the pain! I will be back but hopefully not too soon. Signed Arron 😀

Excellent service. Initially booked a major service (at a very reasonable rate) but the checks done revealed some important issues that needed dealing with. A fully costed quote for the work was sent at the same time so knew exactly what it would cost, so no nasty surprises. In the end, the total cost was actually less!.<br>Excellent service- face to face, over the phone and via email/ text. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff in reception. Would highly recommend.

I had an amber engine warning light on my jaguar f pace went to fitch autos. Booked it in for a technical evaluation , it was found to be the throttle body also found timing belt was over due to be replaced. Booked in for work to be carried out. From start to finish from the ladies on reception to the technician in the garage was brilliant. Will take it back if it requires any further work.
