Excellent garage, highly recommended. Great at fault finding/fixing. MOT’s also done on time, nice waiting area with free drinks machine for tea/ coffee. True experts in their field.

Incredible professionalism and workmanship the likes of which are only usually found at main dealerships. I've been going to Fitch now for a number of years now and would never consider going anywhere else. Great workmanship, great value and a very professional team.

I'd hardly started listening to one of my recordings of Keith Skues when my friend was back with the car and paperwork – really quick service!!!!
They gave me a fully itemised Health Check and a quotation for the work, (£1k) and best of all, a payment plan as I can't go back to work until my eye is done, so following a mumble and nod from Steve who drives it, I've now given them the work for next month!
They showed me their battery diagnosis on the report as well, a lot of places I've used earlier in my motoring career never did this!

2nd time of using this garage and can honestly say I will go here every time from now on. Being female you are always aware you may have the wool pulled over your eyes when it comes to being ripped off however I genuinely feel I can trust the team at Fitch.

As I'm fairly new to the area I have been searching for a reliable garage to take my car. After using several other garages I was not happy with either the service or the lack of actually trying to find the issue. I came across Fitch Autos after I walked past (dropping my car at another garage) and I was impressed that they are RAC approved. The other garage told me there was no issue but I wasn't convinced so I took my car to Fitch Autos who found the problem straight away. They also alerted me to some other issues that would need sorting, but not urgent. I would highly recommend Fitch Autos for their professionalism, customer service and repair.
