In this day an age people are scared of garages I can safely say the experience I had with Fitch was amazing, the staff were fantastic, as was the service they provided, can’t thank them enough for the work they completed with reasonable pricing along the way, thankyou would definitely use again and recommend to others

Big problems with my dpf.they say one stop fix and they were right.start to finish let me know what was what and sorted.even had a car whilst mine was fixed. 1st class job won't go anywhere now.ty guys

Was a very positive experience, and staff is very polite and helpful. Any additional faults were also rectified. Photos were sent of additional faults that needed sorting as an option for peace of mind. Very honest and trustworthy. Very reasonable price for the problem i bought my car in for. Would definitely reccomend fitch autos. Will also be bringing my car back for services.

Had a problem with my car over Christmas. Phoned Fitch, spoke to Holly, who was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and kept me informed at every step. Went above and beyond to help me with my car. Even though it was far from where I live. It was worth it the extra mileage to get there. I shall DEFINITELY be using Fitch again should my car develop a problem. I HIGHLY recommend this garage.

Amazing advice and service provided by Neil and the ladies,Skoda Burntwood attempted to rip me off for a cambelt and water pump change, they quoted £1007, Fitch autos quoted £592 all in and supplied a free courtesy car Skoda charge you £15 a day.
Fitch got me in for an appointment very quickly and only had my car for a day and also fixed my front electric window so there service was amazing.
Even had a clean car on collection and a free reusable coffee cup.
Honesty before you take your car to a main dealer give these guys a call first.

Customer care at Fitch Autos is absolutely brilliant, from the mechanics to the staff, I was informed all the way through from the minute my car arrived. Also you are informed of what you need and what you don’t need doing to your car, if a part isn’t needed then they will tell you, not like other garages who would just fit it unnecessarily and charge you, Fitch autos are honest and reliable, always a first class service provided would definitely recommend.

Great, easy and friendly customer service again to book and arrange & also way cheaper to get my 4 year GLC service done than at Mercedes main dealer. Courtesy car provided FOC & also my car fully cleaned and hoovered on hand back. Highly recommend.

Having come from a very distressed situation from a car company that I can’t disclose, who have messed me around for 9 months with my Range Rover, I found Fitch motors to be most helpful and most professional in their dealing with me. If you have a problem with your car these are your people. The team at the office were so lovely and knowledgeable, the mechanical diagnostics were on point and detailed, this has been my first experience with this company, but I most certainly will not be going anywhere else. They’re honest and ethical, it’s a breath of fresh air to deal with such a wonderful business. Thank you Fitch motors.
