After my Velar failed its MOT at another garage that were u able to carry out the work, I rang Fitch Autos and was so impressed by their friendly professionalism. Came across this garage a few months back, via online. I have now used them, for
the third time, and it’s been phenomenal. Great service, with amazing customer service and staff. Very detailed, when diagnosing the problem and getting to the route of it. This is a garage I will be using very often, highly recommend it 👍🏽

Great to find a very professional , friendly garage, who took time to explain what was wrong with my car, and kept me updated to the progress of the repair. The use of their curtesy car was a god send as I didn’t have to take time of work.

I had the pleasure of experiencing some GOOD OLD FASHIONED customer service from Fitch Autos having been recommended to try them because of their specialist knowledge of the problem I had with a recently purchased Jaguar E-Pace.From the initial contact they went above and beyond to help/assist in resolving the problem providing me with an in depth report of the original problem and highlighting additional issues which I was unaware of and should have been picked up by the car dealership before I purchased the vehicle.
They followed up checking that the information provided had been helpful with resolving the issues with the car dealership.

This truly is a good garage, The Customer service is the best i have come across, my Jaguar XF is my pride and joy and this garage treated my car the same, i was told exactly what the cost would be so no shocks when i collected my car, also was very grateful for the Courtesy car

This truly is a great company, from the first phone call to the hand over of the vehicle when it was completed. The customer service and communication is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. These guys could give the big company a lesson or to in customer experience.

Brought a merc B class here for a major service

Gave is a courtesy car whilst work being carried out
On getting the car back it all of a sudden started having gear box problems
However this although coincidence was NOT the garages fault
Phoned them up and they recovered the car from where i had got to when it started playing up and also dropped to us a courtesy car
On checking the car no faults displayed and the car was fine
Had the car back and it happend again the car didnt want to go into 7th gear and also no reverse only even gears would work
Again back to the garage straight away. And theh gave is courtesy car
Neil (i think i cant remember😳) very helpful did some further investigation and found that in actual fact was a software related issue and got the car sorted once and for all. Also use the car himself to snag it
So far had it back and its been fine
Garage very helpful and didn't try and brush of the issue like some other garage would.
Price for the initial work was very reasonable of not cheaper than other garages with good reps.
They were also keen and quick to put right the car which wasn't their fault to start with.
Will be back for future work if needed and servicing.
They also printed off digital service record for us.
