Great, easy and friendly customer service again to book and arrange & also way cheaper to get my 4 year GLC service done than at Mercedes main dealer. Courtesy car provided FOC & also my car fully cleaned and hoovered on hand back. Highly recommend.

Having come from a very distressed situation from a car company that I can’t disclose, who have messed me around for 9 months with my Range Rover, I found Fitch motors to be most helpful and most professional in their dealing with me. If you have a problem with your car these are your people. The team at the office were so lovely and knowledgeable, the mechanical diagnostics were on point and detailed, this has been my first experience with this company, but I most certainly will not be going anywhere else. They’re honest and ethical, it’s a breath of fresh air to deal with such a wonderful business. Thank you Fitch motors.

Great team to deal with. Although we had a Warranty problem to be dealt with by others Fitch did their work & helped immensely with the issue we had which i would of prefferred Fitch to sort but hey ho!

I took my CLC for MOT & Service and had the BEST experience. From booking, I was impressed to be offered a curtesy car, along with quick updates on the status of my car. Customer service team just impeccable. I have high standards and these guys met it without me even knowing (like up there with Mercedes dealership direct). If you want to take your car somewhere you can trust and know it's in good hands whilst being treated like a loyal customer (first time visit for me), then definitely go to Fitch Autos.

Visited Fitch autos after experiencing an issue with my DPF filter. From the initial telephone conversation, all the way through to the end of my visit, Hollie was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and kept me updated every step. Price was reasonable too!

Found this place online after recently moving to the area and can’t recommend this garage enough! They were amazing from start to finish advising on my car and working out what was the best alternative with my budget. The staff were friendly and managed to get my car fixed, cleaned and back to me in just over a day. I can not recommend this garage enough and shall be using them again

Had quotes from different garages but decided to use Fitch Autos as they were a competitive price and supplied a courtesy car.
I arrived in the morning and was surprised to see a small fleet of nearly new courtesy cars. Straight away this gave a really good impression of what to expect.
Once they had the car in they did a thorough check and sent details across on email of suggested extra work. It made sense to get it all done on the same day so I agreed.
Through out the whole process you were kept up to date via sms and email.
I got an email with an eta for the car to be ready. Once I arrived the reception staff went through the bill and explained all the work. I paid and the mechanic came out and asked if I wanted the car washed. Once complete I was ready to leave happy knowing all the work had been completed.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an independent garage.

Recommended by RAC. Had a great experience with these guys. They did a full detailed check on my car, pointed out exactly what needed doing and how urgent each issue was. Had a full detailed print out including photos of my car. Fixed the problem and dealt with any other issues I needed.
The best thing though was a payment assist service where you can pay in instalments if you cannot pay the full amount which was a life saver for me.
Also anything under £1K wasn't credit checked. Paid so much and the rest can be paid monthly. Great friendly 'knowledgeable 'staff. I shall definitely be taking my car to these guys from now on. I cannot rate highly enough!
