This garage is the best garage I've ever dealt with in the 20 years of driving and thats 100% honest. They are very professional, the communication of what's happening with my car while it's there is really good. The staff are very friendly and this is now my go to garage for any repairs , services , MOT that my car needs. I am also going to be taking my partners car here aswell.

Took my scirocco r line to Fitch Autos and are very impressed that they took on a job that a lot of people didn't want to fix.
They installed a new Egr and air con pipe quickly and easily.

I logged an online query with Hollie and it was very efficiently dealt with. Received a quote, slightly cheaper than BMW dealers. They provided a courtesy car. Ellie kept me updated through the morning. There was extras on the work on the day, which did bump up the budget but it's done for a year. Lovely staff and would definitely use again.

Always excellent service, corrected the damage instead of just replacing which saved a few hundred pounds. Replaced my tyre and fitted it . Neil appears to always understand my ramblings . I've been coming for several years now for my mot and servicing and anything else that comes along Never worried that they might over price or take advantage due to being female . Very trustworthy and reliable .

I have used Fitch Autos for 3 years now and they have always given excellent customer service. I have always been very happy with the quality of the work they do and the reasonable prices. What I like most is that nothing is too much trouble for them and if ever I have a problem with my car they are the garage I call because they always fit me in ASAP and get the car back to me the same day. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly and they don’t try and sell you things that you don’t need.
Work I have had done at Fitch Autos includes
Cam belt/water pump on a Corsa and an A3
Service on A4 and A3 and MOT
Oil leak fixed on A3 (after a local “specialist “ failed to diagnose the problem) and thermostat change.
Brake fluid changes.
Airbag suspension on a 520d Touring which failed this morning and 1 call to Fitch Autos was booked in and fixed in the afternoon at a fraction of main dealers prices.
I won’t take my cars anywhere else now.
