I have to say, Thanks to the team over at fitch autos. They were absolutely amazing. My timing chain on my jaguar f pace had stretched and the guys there looked after both me and my car kept in touch every step of the way and put my mind at ease such a positive experience in a pretty rubbish time thanks again you guys you’re amazing at what you do 👍🏻 I will definitely be recommending and will be returning for all my cars needs in future.

I could honestly say look no further than this place, they’re quick and efficient getting to the problem and at the same time they have a great value for money, the receptionists always keep you in the loop of what’s happening even though they have a busy schedule, also thank you to the mechanics who have gave me a stress free world again with a fixed car. This place also gave me a free rear wiper blade and also a full valet before handing the car back over they did this even though they seemed to be very busy this shows they take time out of there day to give you the best experience possible. They truly look after you whilst your cars there! This place is to good to be true. Thank you everyone again!!

I've always been a stickler for having my cars serviced and maintained by the main dealer, in this case BMW; and never really trusted any other independent garage. Today, I learnt I've been missing out.
Thanks to Ellie (who is massively experienced in all things BMW), she convinced me to put my trust in her and Fitch Autos... They were amazing! Seamless, customer centric service - Ellie walked me through from the booking (which was all locked and loaded in 24 hours!), through the MOT results and Service - including providing a courtesy car. Prices were much more competitive and I was even sent home with a take-out tea.
Also, with BMW I barely received any loyalty recognition - with Fitch, I'm all kitted out with a loyalty card and rewards that are accumulating already.
THANK YOU ELLIE and I look forward to continuous Servicing from Fitch.

Fitch have recently carried out 2 MOT’s, 1 service and a repair for me and have been first class on every occasion. I have been regularly kept up to date via phone and text message/email.

I work shifts and they always try to get me in and out as quickly as possible and also have a courtesy car. Once you find a trust worthy friendly reliable garage you stick with them and that's what I've done. Been using them for a few years now. Can not fault them 👍🚘

Never used before, after a google search for garages for timing chains and good reviews. Fitch autos became the clear forerunner. Still very sceptical I rang and spoke to Hollie, who returned my call with a quote for the work to be carried out and lead times for completion. Price quoted for timing chains to be replaced, was within the figure I had been quoted previously. Dropped the car off and was still unsure, despute being offered a courtesy car which I declined, due to owning other vehicles. Had I done the right thing, I knew nothing about the garage, only reviews and the price quoted. Received a text followed by e-mail with regard to other work needed on the vehicle. Thought here we go, wont get the car back unless I have the work done. The work infact had been scheduled with another garage for March. Aware of the pitted brakes discs and worn pads as the week before they were mentioned on the MOT. Rang and said I didn't want the work carrying out as it was already scheduled to be done. The mechanic was fine with this and the extra work wasn't carried out. Wasn't given a hard sell by Fitch as they accepted the work was going to be carried by another garage and was already booked in to be done. Will use Fitch Autos again as I found them very fair with their findings.

Usually have my car serviced at the main dealer but thought I would give Fitch Autos a go after a chance conversation with Hollie. Very happy with the service, ended up needing more work than anticipated but happy with the results, will be taking my car there from now on.

I've given the 5* due to the understand, support and assistance the staff gave me, with the problems I had with my vehicle, which I'd only had 8months. I've used Finch Autos before with my works vehicle before my retirement and also found them very good.

This garage is the best garage I've ever dealt with in the 20 years of driving and thats 100% honest. They are very professional, the communication of what's happening with my car while it's there is really good. The staff are very friendly and this is now my go to garage for any repairs , services , MOT that my car needs. I am also going to be taking my partners car here aswell.
