Highly recommend Fitch Autos. I took my Mercedes Sprinter there for servicing and MOT for the first time since owning the van and I was really impressed with the in-depth health check it received. As it’s my daily work van I can’t afford to have it off the road so the health check meant I could get all of the maintenance work carried out to keep me on the road for the next 12 months. The technicians are highly skilled and knowledgable and the customer service was better than Mercedes themselves! They even updated my online service history which surprised me as I thought only Mercedes could do this. I’ll definitely be returning ⭐️

I cannot recommend this garage enough. From start to finish the service and communication was excellent. They contacted me through every stage of the repairs and sorted me out with a brilliant courtesy car! I picked my car up today and they’d even cleaned it inside and out, I felt like I was driving a new car! 10/10 for absolutely everything they did, will 100% use this garage again!

Wasn't expecting the level of service received to be honest. Great set up..no other garage could find a fault with my car that i knew was there..but Fitch Auto's found fault and sorted it quickly for a fair price. Am having full service on car this coming week there and from now on i trust only Fitch Auto's for all work on my car and future cars.
