I had an amber engine warning light on my jaguar f pace went to fitch autos. Booked it in for a technical evaluation , it was found to be the throttle body also found timing belt was over due to be replaced. Booked in for work to be carried out. From start to finish from the ladies on reception to the technician in the garage was brilliant. Will take it back if it requires any further work.

Work carried out to high standard without the high cost of dealership prices. Reception staff keep you in picture with updates of how they are progressing with your car. Great service would not take my car anywhere else.

Great service from Fitch, swapped from Skoda main dealer to them for our servicing, saved at least 30%, the staff are very polite and friendly kept us updated on what had been and needed to de done, told us the costs upfront. Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant service, polite, helpful and good value. Service is better than main dealers provide nowadays and for far less. I’ve had years of Audi main dealer servicing and frankly lost faith in what had become an overpriced but low quality experience. Fitch far better in all aspects now.

Quick and reliable service , replaced a pas pump for me (not the cheapest) however they did a good job, reception staff helpful too.

Great service, 3rd garage where I had to go but the 1st which was able to help me. The mechanics are real professionals, they know what they are doing and can accurately diagnose the problem. Both front desk ladies were very friendly, professional and helpful. I will visit them again if I have any issues with my car. I definitely recommend this garage.

All interactions with staff members was excellent. Warm and friendly, wouldn't hesitate to go back. They didn't try to suggest getting any work done that wasnt necessary or needed. My Jag I Pace was sorted within one full day.

Excellent service, our car was leaking coolant, they got us in the same day, gave us a courtesy car to use whilst ours was being repaired. Great communication, we recieved a text link with a breakdown of everything they had found and the cost for the repairs. And when picked our car up it looked like the inside had been cleaned also.

I have used many garages over the years. Some I would never return too and some that weren’t bad at all. However Fitch is on the same level as the main dealers if not better. Service is excellent, the staff are polite and keep you upto date all the way through. This is the second time I have been here, major work the first time and service the second. I wouldnt go anywhere else now. The quality of the work carried out is superb! Thanks everybody at fitch, just keep doing what you do best!! A* 👌
