Drive past probably 50 plus garages to get to this one and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dropped the car off 48 hours after the initial call with Ellie, who is fantastic on the phone to be fair, and was given a courtesy car while they did their work. Within 2 hours of drop off I had a full detailed report on the recommended works. Another phone call with Ellie who went through the whole list item by item, no pressure to have any of it done whatsoever, honest answers about the urgency of each one (I don't know jack shit about cars and was still fully mobile in their car so was probably ripe to get ripped off) and offered options for interest free monthly payments.
Car went in Thursday and came out fully repaired (about 8 jobs, some complex ones) , MOT'd and running beautifully by Tuesday on a bank holiday weekend. The mechanic I dealt with briefly was clearly a top bloke who knows his shit, had to get access to the car to look for something which they facilitated no problem, checked the prices for the work and they were no higher than average bearing in mind it was done super fast with a free courtesy car and spread over 12 months interest free. Ellie is an absolute class act and id offer her a job tomorrow if I could afford her, to be honest in 15 years of driving (some absolute scrappers aswell) im surprised a garage this good even exists

The injectors on our motorhome on our Ford based motorhome failed, I rang Fitch and they booked it in the same day and replaced the injectors and we picked it up the following day . We had previously been given a price of around £4900 by a different garage who advised us that they would need to keep it for a week but couldn’t book it in until May 11th , Fitch did it for under half that price. We will definitely be using this garage again , they were brilliant.

I first came across Fitch Autos a couple of years ago after searching for a garage that could sort out DPF, EGR and other problems that caused my dashboard to be lit up like a Christmas Tree with fault lights! (My usual garage couldn't or didn't want to really fix the issues, having replaced the headgasket, which made no difference at all). At times my VW van (with over 330,000 miles) has had to limp its way to Fitch, but they have always managed to sort it out. As the works needed for a good going over usually takes a couple of days, the use of a courtesy car is very much appreciated. When servicing and fixing a high mileage vehicle sometimes one repair or replacement shows up other issues needing further attention, and that is not a dissapointment or reflection on ability. On the most recent visit, all of the injectors were replaced and WOW, what a difference! The van can easily do 70mph up hill in 5th gear, full power and good MPG has been restored!. The support given by Fitch Autos during the service and other works has been absolutely brilliant, and Ellie and the recepition team are first class at giving good customer service and keeping in touch. Don't waste time and money elsewhere, go to Fitch Autos!

Claire and Ellie went above and beyond to get my car fixed in the same day. It went into the garage for 1 specific issue and then had 5 urgent requirements flag through their safety test.
