I’ve never before been to a repair garage where the car is already in the workshop being assessed before you’ve left the premises. (My usual experience with a mainstream dealer is that I drop off my car at 8:30am and I’m still waiting for it at 6pm). So, well done Fitch for being so prompt. Fitch are also good at communicating on progress during the repair. Clean and tidy reception area and plenty of offers for hot drinks. Excellent IT for billing and payment. All in all, an excellent and seamless experience.

Absolutely brilliant. Fitch, did a BMW warranty standard service at less than half the price BMW quoted, and updated the idrive with the service history, and provided me a courtesy car. Cannot complain

Fit me in quickly, half the price of a main dealer... literally and staff were pleasant and helpful too. If you have to wait for your vehicle, they have a nice spacious, clean waiting area too

A fantastic garage that puts looking after their customers first!<br><br>My car developed a fault which quickly identified, fixed and car returned to me in no time. Car had a service and M O T asked them to check over everything. They sent pictures of my car been serviced sent me the problems it was having gave me a quote and I asked them to do them. The service and information they sent was excellent. Great team would recommend and definitely use again.
