Helpful customer service team. It was good to talk to a real person rather than just filling in boxes online as sometimes the question requires more than a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer and if you get it wrong you won’t be covered! All details were sent through promptly and phone was answered quickly when I rang with a query. Not had to make a claim so can’t judge that yet but so far so good.

I definitely rate a plan/howdens A1.
My only complaint is that on renewal every year I have to go through the same questions every time, other insurance companies renew very simply and easily by saying to tell them of any changes and if none it just goes through without a long Q&A session that’s the same every year.
