Renewal information received in good time. Premium quoted initially was disappointingly high - perhaps more work could have been done in advance to find me a more competitive quote. However, a phone call produced a more acceptable price.

I recently took out a car policy. It was late on a Friday evening but Patryk worked hard to make sure I got cover and a very competitive price in time to pick up my car on the Saturday. Today I spoke with Tiegan who found me a big saving on the renewal quote from my current insurer. This was my first experience of Howdens and if their customr ervice is as good as their sales then I've nothing to worry about.

Helpful and friendly staff, but experienced great difficulty in accessing my documents on your portal. I gave up in the end and had to return to the office for a print copy where I was told this was a common problem.

Competitive price for home insurance, no call centre, English-speaking staff with a full understanding of requirements and clear explanation of terms and conditions. So far so good, though of course true test will be if, or when, we have to make a claim.
