I had to answer no to so many of their questions, the house I had to insure just didn't have the safety measures and I couldn't afford to put them in. But the gentlemen at Howdens still managed to get me an excellent deal.

As I have just taken out the car insurance I don’t have any experience yet. But the actual taking out of the policy was a good experience over the phone. Very well informed lady, very patience lady.

Howden Insurance helped today, to find me a great deal on van and public liability insurance. Both Amina and Clair went above and beyond to give me information on what I needed, and search the best deal for me. I was getting ridiculous quotes online. But one call to Howden Insurance, and they had more than halved the prices I was originally getting. The call was long, but the kind and helpful voices at the end of the phone made me feel comfortable, and helped me trust in the information they were giving me. I have already told a couple of people about this company. And I will definitely be telling more! A massive thank you! And if you’re reading this, wondering if you should give them a call? Yes! Pick up your phone and give them a tinkle! What can you loose?!

it tooks 3 days and 4 phone calls to get a basic quote back.
the quote was half the price of gocompare's lot -which earns them some extra points with me. However, competitor Boswells gave me a quote after a single painless phone call and was cheaper.. I feel like i wasted far too much time.
I am leaving this review as 4 long and tedious phone calls felt like tooo much of my time wasted. If they really needed to ask this many questions then I'd have welcomed a webform rather than lots of legalese.
