I couldn't open the online paperwork to sign my agreement. I do not like online contact I prefer to read paper information, to speak to an action human being. I had an insurance company before where every thing was automated and online. I was sent round and round for hours. Not what I call a proper service.

Too many charges doubling the insurance premium for my caravan policy. I consider the charges applied to the policy excessive but I have no option but to accept these charges if I wish to insure my caravan whilst located in France

I had the best customer service ever from Cecile Virely at the Sutton Coldfield office. She was warm and friendly yet professional. She listened carefully to my queries and answered. When she couldn’t give an immediate answer, she promised to find out and get back to me. She promptly came back every time in a follow up call. She delivered excellent customer service. I cannot praise more highly. I would recommend to everyone.
