Quick and easy to do business with. A good price for my insurance. Renewed for another year. Tay was polite and friendly and handled my questions and amendments to my policy quickly and professionally. I was recommend by Dan Cameron many years ago and i have been with APlan and now Howdens ever since. I have no complaints from the service i have received on the phone, online or in person at the Thatcham branch. Thanks.

I was a customer of A-Plan Insurance for many decades before they were taken over by Howden Insurance. Mostly I am happy with the service they provide but there was one occasion where they fell short of my expectations. I was told that I had to fill in a request form online but eventually I was assisted by a team member who was very helpful.
