I have worked with many brokers over the past 35 years nevertheless Howden, in particular Ewan Fitzgerald whom I dealt with, was exceptional dealing with my specialist vehicle renewal. For me the fact I can either walk into the office and speak to a person is great, when I call a human answers the phone to speak to and not a robotic recorded message that ask a lot of time wasting questions then put in a queue listening to a dreadful tune for ages.
