I spoke with the Birmingham office this morning. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in pulling my renewal quote together. I have been with Howden for approximately 5 years since my previous insurer stopped covering residential property. They have been very helpful and transparent in all my dealings. I would recommend them to anyone looking to insure a residential property in future.
