We took out house insurance with Howden on our daughter’s recommendation as she has multiple policies with them. They were very helpful, made the process easy and straightforward and provided real customer service, with their friendly, knowledgeable and easily accessible team. Refreshing to have real people on the end of the phone and who call you back promptly.

Had a great experience dealing with Howden insurance, it was quick and easy to get myself set up, the fact they cover you for travelling in Europe is amazing! 🤩 Jack C from the Birmingham office who helped me set up my policy was so kind and friendly, he was honestly amazing and made the whole experience feel a lot more personal, could not have asked for a better person!🤩 Haven’t had to make a claim yet and (touch wood) I never will, so can’t comment on that. But I would definitely recommend Howden with the experience I’ve had so far!

I use Howdens for my motorcycle policy. I constantly change my vehicles throughout the year, ride vintage motorcycles and scooters which are usually heavily modified.
Through Howdens arduous work they have managed to get all bikes on one policy, which is accepting of my constant changes - nothing is too much trouble.
In the last week i have removed two bikes and added two new bikes, fantastic service. If i could give 6 stars i would!
