We had real problems finding the insurance needed for our rental property with issues of flooding and subsidence in the area. Cecily, Alasdair and Ethan at the Shrewsbury Office were brilliant. They took time and trouble to get us what we needed and furthermore kept us informed every step of the way. Gone was the hassle and in its place excellent support topped with efficient professionalism.
