From start to finish all my questions, however small, were answered. I was able to speak face to face with a real person. All the information given was very clear and helpful. I always felt that my business was important to the company. In particular Leo was most helpful. The price quoted was very much better than the one from my previous year from another company.

I initially called for a quote following unsatisfactory renewal quote from existing insurers. This was on the recommendation of my brother and sister in law, David and Lindsey Kerr.

We have been with A Plan(now Howdens) insurers for the past 20years and have always found them to be one of the best brokers around. They are staffed by real people and not a call centre. They always do their best to help you with advice and best price possible. They can't always price match exactly, but will try their best to come as close to any comparison as they can.
