I attended Howdens in Alton and I was delighted with the attention, help and support I received from their advisor, Matthieu Chant with the Unoccupied House Insurance which I had to organise for a hospitalised relative. I received exceptional advice and was particularly impressed with his vast knowledge of the insurance business. All subsequent dealings have likewise been excellent. Highly recommended.

Howden Insurance was recommended to me for a specialist policy. Spoke to Sam Riley who was very thorough and accurate in explaining everything to me. Due to the unique nature of the policy, he went away to absolutely make sure all my queries were answered accurately. Sam was patient, respectful, understanding and professional throughout the call. He provided a quote which was competitive. I usually do not choose insurance right away but due to Sam’s thoroughness and detailed explanation along with the price he had quoted, I went ahead with it. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to Sam. He is a huge asset within your organisation. If there are any internal recognition or rewards, I would highly recommend Sam Riley for one.
