Just renewed mum's car insurance with howdens at cheltenham branch. Spoke to Ben Batty who i found was very helpful and friendly. He managed to get a better quote so I am very happy with todays experience.
I hate dealing with insurance so its good to get renewal done early , i am not afraid to get insurance online but I do like the friendly atmosphere of the cheltenham branch so I chose to stay with them. Life is stressful enough to be faffing with insurance so thank you Ben for making this quick and stress free.

Chris gave us excellent advice and help in navigating all that has to be done following a minor car accident. The whole process from start to finish took just over two weeks. Great to have someone on hand to give reassurance and expertise when we needed it most.

The stafgf were friendly and helpful. I didn't like the office. There were a lot of staff and achair at each desk for clients. I was the only client there on that particular day but the noise was awful - so many people talking. Good for business but not for someone with a hearing disability.

Since renewing my motor insurance I have been unable to get a hard copy by post.
I have no reason to doubt Howdens when they say they have posted them as the post office seem to be making a bad job of deliveries in this area.
In desperation I phoned up my local Howdens office and asked them to print off a copy. When I walked into the office half an hour later they were sitting on the desk waiting for me to pick them up.
I can't ask for better service than this.

I have from day one found my experience with Nissan dealership in Exeter Excellent. I bought a van and the aftercare is also very good I would recommend . Particularyly Jon Davies who I have found extremely informative and helpful and suggested Howden who have also obtained me a deal for my insurance .Which has made the complete experience of Nissan /Howden purchase a satisfacory one

A great experience dealing with Howden, I was having an awful problem getting my caddy California insured as I use it for several other purposes. This was no problem at all for Howden. For some reason you had changed my e mail address on your records despite me being a customer of yours for many years. Could this explain why I didn’t appear to receive notification of the need to renew my motor insurance and therefore having to do it in a disadvantaged position making it very costly.
