It's a massive advantage to have a physical branch in town, and once you factor in the staff who always get to the point and know exactly what you want and the best way to get it for you, INSTEAD OF telling you do go on the internet or download an app or some crap like that, one comes away very relieved that there is still a business that believes in doing things the proper way.
