This has, without a doubt, been the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Charlie Jones was the one who helped me get insurance for my trike. She went and sorted out a very difficult situation and got it all sorted. I can't put it into words other than outstanding work; from now will use and recommend her to everyone. I spoke to Elliott and Liam at Howden who went out of their way to help me find a reasonable quote for a slightly unusual insurance policy. They tried all sorts of adaptations to get the price down, which they managed to do, and were totally unfazed by my situation, the circumstances of which ruled out search engines and all but 1 other insurance broker who I spoke to. I would definitely recommend Howden to anyone for car insurance and would consider them for other types of insurance as well. Thank you to the team there!
