It always comes down to the attitude of the individual and the culture of the company. Alex Nea was very courteous and proficient and the company are easy to deal with and understand their customers. Getting such good service is so much better than going online and more often than not they are cheaper for the same product.

Just called Reece from Aylesbury branch to look at renewing my horsebox insurance and within half an hour he had called me back with a new quote which was better than last years! It was so quick and easy and Reece explained everything to me and has made the whole process at lot easy that looking online and shopping around. Highly recommend!

Dealt with Maria at the Welwyn GC office. As ever helpful and instructive. Takes a lot of the strain out of dealing with car insurance. Would definitely recommend giving them a call and letting them all do the hard work of sorting insurances these days!

I had a non fault claim which had taken over a year to sort out.
I spoke to probably all the staff at chester especially Patrick and they were all helpful and very polite.
The thing these days people get frustrated talking to blessed machines as I do, so it is well worth talking to this company as they are actually living breathing people ..
That's why I have given them 5 stars..
