Helpful service to get my premium down. I saw a previous post about increase of cost and never making a claim. I feel the same and some changes need to be made for those who never ever make claims to protect us against those that claim for everything because they think they have a right. I have used A plan for several years now and don't bother looking online for cheap quotes as you can end up in a mess when things go Pete TongI ! My renewal quote was less than previous years and they even phoned the insurance company with a query for me, before I accepted the quote, even reduced their administration fee and I collected documents a few days later.For me, good face to face service as I will not insure with faceless/ online companies, regardless of cheap quotes ! I'm very happy the provided service at this time !
