I've been a customer of Aplan/Howdens Cheltenham for approx 10 yrs and due to recent price hikes in car insurance I was preparing for hours of stressful googling for the best quotes for my nissan micra and possibly I'd have to move to another provider. But Thomas Frederiksen at Cheltenham branch was friendly and amazing at getting me the best quote that I renewed straightaway which is very unusual for me!
I rang up when I got home as I had a question and spoke to another Thomas who was also very helpful and friendly. This is why I stay with Howdens , you deal with friendly people and not machines , you can ask questions without feeling silly.

Been with this company 13years, have shopped around, but can not beat the service. Always feel the staff listen to me, explain if i don t understand, and get me the best deal. I ve just renewed my car insurance, and was dreading it, big thankyou to Mattieu, for the way he dealt with it, very professional, very aware of rising prices. Yes i may have got it slightly cheaper somewhere else, but that usually comes with less cover and higher excesses. I feel safe and confident with this company, have other insurances with them as well. Highly recommend them.
