As in past years, as a valued customer, I received proper attention from a member of staff who had worked in the company for some time. He was able to get the right motor insurance quote for me- which I wouldn't have got from a young inexperienced advisor. Howden St Albans branch make a huge contribution to my life. They are both efficient and human. I have been with them for nearly 20 years (it used to be A Plan) and have multiple policies with them. I recommend them frequently and my brother and sister are now both customers as well.
