Big thanks to Liam and Nathan from me & my fellow flat owners for arranging buildings insurance for a terrace house converted into three flats. When our previous insurer declined, purely for postcode reasons, to continue to provide subsidence coverage, and our previous broker was unable to find one who would before our policy expired, I called Howden. I am delighted I did! Liam quickly found reasonably priced insurance with coverage at least as good as what we had before. He and Nathan answered all our questions (and there were quite a few, by phone and by email) cheerfully, promptly and knowledgeably, reassuring us that we were in safe hands. Thanks again to them and their amiable colleagues on reception.

Superb personal service from Howden. I've been with them for around 13 years now for my kit car (when they were originally A Plan) and now my Porsche. It's nice to talk to a human being who can tailor your insurance requirements to meet your needs, unlike going to one of the larger insurers direct.
