Your initial renewal quote was double the previous years (330 to 660), having gone to gocompare and obtained plenty of other quotes, you suddenly are able to quote me £150 less !!!!!

When our existing home insurance company decided to not insure listed properties any more and even although a broker offered no alternative (Swinton!) I checked on price comparison sites but did not recognise the names of any of the cheaper options. This led me to try Howdens and a phone call secured my home and contents insurance with Aviva at comparative price to the cheapest options on the comparison sites. Reassured by a telephone query I had about adding something to our specified contents. Was replied to very quickly.

I have been with Howden for a few years for car insurance theirs sati service is impeccable.
The main reason I say this is because you can speak to a person face to face and end up with what you actually need.
