I've always had a very positive experience with Howden Insurance, and for me a benefit is that you can talk to someone face to face, which is rare these days, especially when it comes to insurance companies. Staff are always very friendly as well.

The phone is always answered promptly by a real person that I can understand and talk with, they are very thorough and knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer they find out, they are always willing to listen and get you the best deal, this time I spoke with Tay when renewing my insurance, he was all of the above and more, genuinely a nice person who comes across well on the phone. I had an issue when I was in Europe and spoke with an equally nice lady who solved my problem and emailed me with confirmation of our conversation, keep up the great work, I’m so glad we could renew with you guys at Howdens
