After having a bad experience on the phone trying to cancel our caravan insurance and take out a new motor home insurance policy with the company we were with, we took out the leaflets given to us by our motorhome sales guy and motor home direct insurance looked the most promising. On phoning them the first thing I was relieved by was how positive and cheery they were and and how committed they were to being able to help..Kerry Cornwell was a breeze of fresh air after speaking to the previous customer services I had had to deal with, and within a very short time we were insured, covered for breakdown and all at a reasonable price.
What a pleasure to find such a nice person to deal with over the phone who is also professional in what she does.
Having to renew our policy next year won't be so frightening after all.

I called today to get a quote for car insurance on my modified car, all I can say is 5 stars! I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Adam wheeler. He was absolutely amazing and helped tailor my insurance to my needs. Offered me a very competitive quote and was more than happy to proceed with it. I was recommended to contact Howdens by my independent Mercedes specialist for classic car insurance. I contacted my local office in Bristol and spoke to a very polite and enthusiastic representative who showed a genuine interest in my car. Being of the older generation I prefer to conduct as much business as I can by phone and it was a pleasure to deal with the Howdens local representative. He went through all the details required taking time to explain anything I was not sure of and then provided an excellent price for my classic car which I was more than happy to accept. It was a pleasurable experience and I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for classic car insurance.
