My policy renewal was emailed to me, so that I could make any adjustments (if required). On acceptance, my payment was taken from the card registered. I did not have to contact Howdens and, my policy was updated automatically and when I downloaded the app I was able to access my account and documents.

Having just bought a new car , having used Howdens before for both my motorcycles & more recently renewal of my policy for my Navara of which I have recently sold I contacted Howdens insurance to cancel Navara policy but inquire for my next vehicles insurance . When contacting Howdens I spoke with Mia who with patience took me through the whole process giving me very quotes for 2 different vehicles . The service I have received from Howdens Southampton has been First class . I always I receive good value for my money with competitive prices
