I talked to a friendly and knowledgeable person, who talked me through my policy for my car. The terms were more favourable than the one I had with another broker, although only by a little bit, but I liked the person I was talking to, and he explained various things to me, and answered my questions.

This review may be a little premature however I find that the interaction for new home insurance was very good. The representative was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process.
It did give me confidence as far as the quote was concerned, as opposed to pressing buttons and tick boxes on line from a comparison website, the opposite was frustrating knowing that there was not a human being on the other end.
I hope that should I regretfully have to make a claim the same comforting experience continues.

This was the first time of using a local Insurance broker to renew my car insurance. It was a pleasure to speak to a human being without going through several options. The person in question was very polite and knowledgeable. The quote was very reasonable and managed to negotiate a good premium and saved over £100. A great first time experience so decided to Insure both our vehicles at the same time. The sales person was a credit to the company.
