I've used Howden for around four years as brokers for my house and contents insurance. I've always been very happy with the results they've come up with -- competitive prices, and good policies. I've checked on various websites for insurance, and have come across nothing cheaper than what they have offered. Also, their communication by email (my requested method) is excellent. I renewed my household and buildings insurance policy in March 2024. Catherine Smith was excellent at explaining options to me, without ever putting me under any pressure to accept additions. And she was speedy yet thorough with detail. Thank you.

The Ipswich office is now covering me for a 3rd year of Home Insurance. It's great dealing with the friendly team by phone. None of this round the houses thing with phone menus and queues. Helped me to get the cover I need for a competitive price. Thank you guys at Ipswich.

Howden Insurance do all the leg-work to find the best deal when renewal time comes up. They don't just automatically go back to the current insurer.
They are also very helpful when you need to make a claim doing pretty much every thing apart from taking your vehicle in for repairs.
