Excellent service as usual but unfortunately we had no choice and moved the car insurance to another broker. Kept same underwriter at a saving of approximately 30% on the renewal quote. Shame because I wanted to stay with A Plan but £200+ was a significant savings. The system is all wrong.

Have used our local branch of this company for many years in its previous 'A-plan' form.
