First time of using Howden for Car Insurance and the experience was not what I had expected as normally I've dealt with online insurance companies , but this was the real deal I had my own advisor whos name was Chris and who couldn't have been any friendlier, who listened to me explain what i needed and in return found the car insurance that was ideal for me.

I have been insured through Howdens insurance for 2 years now for my van. With it having several modifications to body, and engine I found insurance very difficult to get at a fair price.
Last year I started with Howdens, paid £450 and was on my way. Throughout the year I received some penalty points. I expected my renewal to shoot through the roof. Initially my quote was slightly more than double my current policy (I also more than doubled my mileage on this years quote), and having spoken several times with Sophie R from the Stratford Team, I can honestly say this years renewal has been seamless, and affordable.
She has taken into account when I am free to call, and without fail has called me to give me updates, and amend policies, which ultimately led to me saving several hundred pounds. I am very pleased on how smooth and effortless this has been.
