Searched for a competitive motor quote and came back with one even lower than I could get from the comparison websites that I normally use. Negotiated a few concessions on my behalf that I would not have been able to from a PC screen.
Having had a bad experience of poor service from the "Internet only" insurers, I now have the benefit of being able to have knowledgeable people handle any future claims on my behalf - but let's hope I don't need to put that to the test!

I have renewed my van insurance for the 11th year with Howden. For the first time there was a minor issue with my renewal emails.
Kimberley Phillips went above and beyond the ensure that the mistake was solved. Within an hour of my initial phone call Kimberley and her team had my van insured for a very reasonable price.
The efficency enabled me to get the issue resolved without impacting my days work.

Each year when my car insurance is due for renewal I shop around for a good quote, and this year Howden's gave me a fair price & also I think good comprehensive cover for my car. We already have our house & contents insurance cover with Howden's so we know from past experience we will get good service from them.
