Howden are easy to contact and you don’t have to wait ages at the end of a phone! When you get through they ensure you’re through to the right person / department and they deliver with your query / renewal / problem very efficiently. Just every so often I’ve had to call back to check on something that hadn’t been thought of, or to ensure something is explained in greater detail. On the whole staff are knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient. Thank you Howden!
