Just renewed my car insurance and got a quote through Howdens where we have a campervan insured. Daniel Knight@Tooting was so helpful...even though this was on Friday evening at 8pm! This company had taken over from my previous insurance company who I had dealt with for a number of years.My policy was due to run out and I had received no notification regarding renewal so I rang.Eventually it was resolved.Don’t want to be too negative but initially not over impressed.It’s early days for them with new people .
