I have just secured some car insurance from Howden and I dealt with Max Payne. I can honestly say that in a world where customer service is almost exclusively handled by bots and computers, it was a pleasure to speak to a human being, who was helpful, efficient and polite. I would recommend Howden to anyone who still prefers human contact and has no time to waste on trying to reason with a computer. Excellent all round!

Many years ago when we didn’t have the internet, insurance was always done through a broker then we all got used to doing it ourselves on line thinking it was the better option. I have now come back to the broker as I needed some help solving a particular issue. More than happy with my choice and especially finding Howdens, they helped solve my problem and with a brilliant price. Will now go to Howdens for all insurance issues.😊
