Having in the past taken out insurance online or over the phone and in general found it an unsatisfactory experience, I wanted to sit face-to-face with a human broker. Howden in Epsom provided just that, in modern, spacious air-conditioned comfort, as well as finding me a very competitive car insurance quote that saved me around £150 compared to accepting the renewal quote from my existing insurer. I dealt with staff members Ryan Holliday and branch manager Wojciech Olejniczak - both were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
