Absolutely over the moon to be able to sort my van insurance, the old fashioned and best way, over the phone!! Being able to speak to a real human being "Roberta Kelly" at Howden Tooting who sorted and put in place cover to my exact requirements was a breath of fresh air. Really competitive aswell, back to the old ways Bravo Howden hope it continues

A big shout out to James Cervi at the Farnborough office of Howdens. Unfortunately I had to ask for help urgently on an emergency home insurance over the Christmas and New Year period when my only toilet failed, but the insurance company's customer service failed to live up to promised standards. James took over communications very efficiently when I asked for support and he helped to resolve the matter thoroughly for me including handling a later compensation claim very successfully. How refreshing to deal with somebody who keeps so fully on top of things and always contacts you when promised.

I used the Market Harborough branch for my buildings insurance and unfortunately needed to make a claim for repairs to my sunroom/extension. This was a traumatic time for me with the need to navigate between the Insurance company, Loss adjuster and builder. However, Howden and in particular the branch manager Miles Anderson-Smith was brilliant in their support and advice. Miles also managed to cut through a lot of red tape and was instrumental in what was ultimately a successful conclusion to all of this. We are really pleased with the repair and well done Miles - what a great company.
