Used Howden last year for 1st time insurance on a Can Am Ryker, one of very few who would due to no previous bike insurance. Renewed again this year as also best price too.

Can’t be more happy with this insurance company.
I hadn’t been with them for long and had to open a claim within the first month of starting the policy, they payed quickly and asked no questions.
The claim is still ongoing 5 months later and they still pay quickly.
On top of that customer service is excellent, all reply fast and are extremely friendly.
Can’t recommend enough.

Im a young driver with 6 points and a modified M140i, very hard to get any type of insurance at a reasonable price. I spoke to all providers, all of the big ones and insurance providers who say they specialise in modified. All of them were so expensive, couldn't insure me and were unhelpful and uninterested. I spoke to Ieuan Humphreys from their Thatcham branch as I have business insurance with Howden already, which they are also amazing by the way. He managed to beat all prices and have a good chat with me. Amazing service, and I would seriously recommend Ieuan. I never usually leave reviews but I am so happy with the price I got and the service. Especially nowadays, it's hard to get good insurers. I will not be going anywhere else for insurance from now!

Gary and the team are always very helpful and they follow up everything, without missing any information and send out the documents very quickly.
I had a breakdown a year ago and the recovery company were appalling, when they finally turned up after 4 hour waiting in freezing weather. Even though Howden's don't have control over who is sent out, but Gary listened to my complaint and made appropriate changes to my service, without question.
