For me it is all about people. I want my requirements and circumstances to be understood by professionals that I am insuring with. The A Plan, now Howdens, team in Solihull are superb. My motor and household policies are with them and I have dealt with Nigel, Paige, Natalie and Nicole who have all been absolutely great. All very professional, courteous and helpful.

I went to Howdens for our PL/EL insurance. Jenny managed to get us a policy that was over £1k cheaper than other brokers who quoted us. Jenny went above and beyond to make sure she got the best deal for us, and kept us informed at all times. I would 100% recommend. Thank you, Jenny!

We always respected A-Plan in Winchester and Oxford, particularly in Oxford where we used to live and visited the offices. A change in name makes one suspicious. In time I am sure we will respect Howden.
