I have used Howden (A-plan) for a numbers of years now with my heavily modified hot rod and modified dailies. Their underwritters always covers the parts that other "cheap" insurers don't in terms of modifications so I know I have the required level of cover if I need it. Overall a happy customer.

My computer skills are outdated and give me panic attacks. Especially when you get caught in a loop and having to hang on the phone line only to be disconnected grrr. Therefore I wanted a company that is local and I could go visit if required. Staff have been exceptionally helpful and find the cheapest option for my needs. Customer service to me is top priority.
