I have been with Howdens ( Aplan) for nearly 30 years and honestly...You would be a complete Twit to use any other insurer!
They treat you like a human being, Always polite, curious and very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Why in god's name can't all insurance companies be like this?! During the last few days I have again renewed my car, home & contents insurance with Howdens. Chantel- car Taylor - house, & contents. Both ladies were very efficient, kmowledgeable, kind & patient. Taylor and Chantal searched to find a policy for my needs. I highly reccomend anyone contacting either Chantal or Taylor at Tooting branch for any insurance needs. What I like about Taylor & Chantal if their are any new ' add ons' which maybe suitable for clients they generally know & can assist.
Friends inform me they spend hours searching through comparrison sites to find a suitable policy. Go to Howdens is my recommendation. They are always willing to help.
