I have been with Howden in Basingstoke for eight years now and I genuinely had the best customer service experience I have ever had.
Matthieu (Matt) Chant has helped me a few times over the past few years with my car insurance but he truly went above and beyond to help me yesterday.
I really appreciated his patience and how supportive he was in finding me the best possible price for my car insurance renewal. His insurance knowledge was brilliant and his customer service skills were genuinely 5 stars - I cannot thank him enough!
