I have tried to take out insurance with Howden on a number of occasions but their prices have always been prohibitive for me. On this occasion I dealt with a very helpful and professional young lady who went to a lot of trouble to secure me car insurance with discounts. Being older I want to go into an office and speak to someone rather than do it online. I undoubtedly have paid more than I would have done had I taken the trouble to sit on the computer and compare prices but it was important for me to give Howdens a go. I hope that when my renewal arises I will find Howdens offer competitive prices. Thank you to Jess for looking after me.

Got there in the end but was a bit slow and was concerned the renewal might go off cover. They also had no record of my claim even though they are the broker and the price then increased. It was something I would have expected them to know.
