Excellent service when insuring my campervan. Great knowledgeable service and best price ( by a long way!!). As with all insurance you only find out if its any good when you have a claim but hopefully I won't need to find out, but for service and price can't fault em 😁😁👍👍

I have found A-Plan (now Howdens) to be so helpful and responsive over the years that I now have several vehicles insured with them. This time Katy found me the ideal insurance for a van about to be converted to a camper, previously they have solved issues with transitioning back to own cars after years of company car insurance as well as various 'odd' vehicles.

Very helpful staff , but the policy information was difficult to follow it was difficult to download and I could not find details of phone nos for breakdown assistance. Made enquiry about home insurance and after giving all my details and being promised a call back it never happened , very disappointed after being told by your staff what a good service you can offer. Didn’t get the £50 .00 that was offered if you couldn’t better my renewal quote . Not good !
