I went into the Howden Insurance Office to pay my Contents Insurance. The female clerk that I was dealing with was good but I could not hear everything that she was saying. The office was very noisy with the men talking very loudly on their phones to the Customers!

For someone of my generation it was comforting and reassuring to be able to talk to a real person! They were completely honest about the costs and the benefits of insuring with Howdens. It was interesting that when my previous insurance company realised I was insuring elsewhere they immediately offered me a cheaper price than Howdens. Too late I’m very happy with the customer care I received and feel reassured that there is an office close by if I have any queries.

I always find that the staff in Howdens are helpful and prompt in sorting out Insurance annual renewal for my several vehicles. I also aporeviate the prompt sending of deatils by email and Certificates of Insurance for my three cars and also Farm vehicles. The fees seem reasonable too
