Renewed the Household Insurance with Howdens recently over the phone. Quickly and efficiently handled, although the steep increase over last years premium was a bit of a shock. But then all of them have been, ( did the Motor Policy last October ). Anyway, a helpful suggestion of increasing the voluntary excess by a recommended amount did make a very useful reduction. Will just hope that "Global Climate Change" doesn't batter us with any excessively violent events !

I was after a insurance policy for a new van, I got though to a wonderful lady, Maria Ormesher at the Welwyn Office. Maria made getting the new policy so easy, explained every step as she went through the forms and made so easy to follow, and the best bit is that Maria saved me money on my new policy, can't get better than that. so well done Howdens.
