Howdens having recently taken over my account from Reynolds insurance i found the renewal process with them to be satisfactory, price was competitive, the agent was thorough in his information, perhaps a little too thorough and long winded, but my renewal was transacted without problems. However i do miss the convenience of having a face to face with a local agent whose office is in my village
