I insured my Horsebox with Howden in March this year, they saved me £170 on other quotes and when the car was due in August I asked for a quote Howdens was £50 higher than on line quotes but I still went with them. The staff are very confident and professional in my opinion I hope that they will not be like other companies and put exorbitant renewal quotes in the future but at this time I am happy with the service they are providing.

Speaking to a human being in person thus able to ask all the questions I wished and whats more get answers. Having been with some company for 60 years to be dumped as they no longer do domestic insurance was a bind but they said Admiral would be in contact. They were not. Took ages to find a phone number to actually talk to some one. When finally got through they had no trace of us being handed over to them. If I had been running the company some backsides would have been kicked as no effort was made to help us in any way what so ever
