My 86 year old father wrote his car off just before being admitted into hospital with a serious condition. Sarah in the claims team could not have been more helpful in arranging the recovery of my fathers car the following day and finalising the settlement payment within a couple of weeks. Her empathy with our situation was highly commendable and a credit to the Howden Group.
