Clear voice on the telephone . Very patient with an elderly inquirer who admits to being a bit deaf. Pleasant to talk with . Managed to produce a quote which covered every thing I needed & saved me some money as well . Guy on other end of call, who’s name I forgot, was very polite and made sure he got all my details correct. Then spent some time trying to find the best deal for me. He managed to get about £60 off my best quote. Normally I just use the online comparison sites and assume they can’t be beaten for price, but how wrong was I. Will be returning to him when my house and other two cars are up for renewal.
