First thing that was noticable is not being on hold for 20 minutes waiting for somebody to answer the call. Ellis made everything simple and his co-workers knew what was going on when he wasn't avaialbe. They said they would update my private plate FoC for me once I have the V5 too. All in all so far very happy customer indeed. Thank you :-)

I had a slightly complex situation so I wasn't sure that the comparison websites were fully understanding my situation. I had previously used Howden (APlan) because of their personal service, but they became a bit uncompetitive. However, on this occasion, Tyler Christopher from the Poole branch, was really helpful, and I was able to use my lapsed motorhome NCB to reduce the premium. Sure, still a little more, but knowing that I have someone knowledgeable and helpful if a claim is needed is worth a bit extra! Thank you.
