The service for obtaining policy was great..however having been told the policy documents and certificate would be posted to me and after a week not having arrived I was told this is normal as post takes at least a week to arrive! Now after 10 days still have received nothing

No hard sale just tailored on a mutual basis with a price to suit my budget.
Now I would like her to quote me on my home insurance.
Didn’t get answered and then put on hold either as what happened with other companies.

I was worried about the overlap on the dates of renewal but my old insurance runs out at the end of September with the new policy by yourselves beginning of course on the same date.
A simple transaction and happy customer.
The only thing that I can hope for is that say a month before this insurance runs out next year I will be contacted by yourselves with a competitive market quote .

Only taken policy out and was easy and they price matched. Haven't had to claim so can't comment on that side of things. People on phone seem friendly and knowledgeable with very little wait to speak to a real person.
