Attending their office in Eastleigh to discuss home insurance, having received a rather disappointing quote from my present insurers - they were very polite, saw me after a 5 minute wait, the lady I spoke with went through my options and gave me a quote which was much better than my previous insurers had quoted. They then printed all the paperwork out for me.

insurance results were acceptable, but I could hear customer clients assistants loader clearer to my left and right. I needed to ask for the assistant dealing with me to repeat all the time not ideal need some privacy. And can be embarrassing. Talking private information.
